Falls are number one reason for hospitalization for people over 65!  As we age it is important to stay active and maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.  Often group classes are too difficult and put at risk people with health issues or limited abilities.

I have been working with seniors to help them maintain health as they age while minimizing risks of injury.

Private sessions at your home if you are unable or unwilling to make the trip is sometimes the way to go - just because you can do a little does not mean you should do nothing.  Every little bit helps, and every time you practice Yoga, you are able to improve your abilities to do more and more.
