Drawing on my knowledge of deep core anatomy I have designed this program to help you get and maintain deep core muscles - which are essential for proper posture.
This DVD has two 15 minute practices, one in the garden, the other at the beach, providing that wonderful ambiance of nature. Both practices would be appropriate for anyone, any time, but especially for beginners or for people with limited abilities.
This DVD is divided into three 20 minute parts - Fluid Core, The Moon Salute and Backbends. This DVD is a slower paced homage to the Moon, Chandra, and female energy. Appropriate for intermediate and advanced practitioner.
There are three short practices on this DVD, each about 20 minutes: Connect to the Core, Sun Salute with Warrior sequences, and Hip Openers. This DVD honors the male energy, is very sweat-inducing and rather fast paced, appropriate for intermediate and advanced students.
This program features exclusively Pilates, in my unique style. I have adapted Pilates somewhat to fit into my yogic view of the body, the way it functions, and what is healthy for it. I have included classic Pilates exercises with updated instruction as well as several levels of difficulty so you can grow in your practice. Two half-hour segments can be practiced individually or together.
This DVD is meant for an intermediate or experienced Yoga practitioner, seeking to deepen their practice by incorporating energy work. It includes an introduction to the Seven Chakras, with interesting insights into each one, as well as a 10 minute practice to balance each Chakra with some inventive sequencing and creative ideas - for a total of almost an hour of video.
Drawing on my knowledge of therapeutic application of Yogic techniques, I have created this DVD to address the number one concern people have these days - back pain. This 30 minute program includes mild back bends, twists and forward folds selected and sequenced specifically to bring relief within weeks if practiced every day, or most days.
